Sweat & (Outside of) the City

The ultimate car driver has RETURNED from the big city to a delightful land where she can tool around in Flanders, the 2004 Civic. That's right, I'm on Long Island.

Bad blogger! But bunches of words below...

yo yo yo
so it's been 2 months since the last post
i'm inspired by lizzie musar
who has posted more in the past 2 weeks
that i have in the past 6 months
go littlest Musar!

so i made it through my first West Apartments closing
and let's just say, it was ugly
(which is the understatement of the year)
but huzzah! my first closing was my last closing
as i am moving to a traditional residence hall in july
it is a very good thing
and despite the fact that i've got to move (again)
i am terribly excited
and my new apartment will have a 2nd bedroom
let's hear it for having a guest room again!!

many years ago, i was dubbed "the pale female" by lizzie
i'm always the easiest person to spot in a group photo
just look for the palest person, and that's me
so i've been a bit under the weather for the past few weeks
and i went to my new hematologist and got the OK for a transfusion
i now have the pinkest cheeks and my gums have never looked healthier!
if you can donate blood, please do!
i don't get it that often,
but i'm one person out of the thousands that need it every day
and think about it--you'll get some juice and a cookie!!

and i'm just going to add
dr. theodore gabig, the head of hematology and oncology
at stony brook medical center and my hematologist
is a miserable doctor with the people skills of a dead toad
lord, don't ask the man a question
therefore, i have dumped him
dr. gabig, say good-bye to your first and last PKD patient
might i suggest you get off your high medical horse
and reread those chapters about the doctor/patient relationship
trust me, somebody's going to treat you
the way you treat your patients
and you aren't going to like it one bit

and wrapping things up
lizzie musar will be making a roadtrip in her new car
up to lovely long island
hilarity shall ensue this weekend!

Your writing style and recent inclusion of threats against medical professionals reminds me of Rosie O'Donnell.

Do you find the hard returns every few words to be distracting? Is that why you like Skype so much?
